SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The Service Manager CD includes database and spreadsheet files that are not a stand-alone program. You must have Microsoft Works (version 4.5 or higher) to use this product. Microsoft Works is preinstalled on the vast majority of inexpensive PCs sold, so check your PC closely to see if you have this program. If not, it is available from a variety of sources for as little as $40 (up to $100 for the most deluxe version, but the basic version is all you need).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

The Service Manager System:

Includes: The Service Manager’s Handbook, the Service Manager CD, and the Service Manager CD Tutorials. For contents of the Service Manager’s Handbook, click here. The Service Manager CD includes all of the components described in the guided tour. The Service Manger CD Tutorials is a book with detailed instructions on how to use all of the tools on the Service Manager CD. 

The Ultimate Flat Rate Chart:

This item is included in the Service Manager System, but may be ordered separately. Includes: a CD with the Ultimate Flat Rate Chart spreadsheet, the Base Hourly Service Rate spreadsheet, and an instruction book on the use of both spreadsheets.
